Head of Delivery & Operations

About the role

Telarix is looking for a Head of Delivery & Operations to lead post‑sales activities across its global telecom services. You will own implementation, support, managed services, renewals and overall customer satisfaction while working closely with Sales, Account Management and Product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Professional Services strategy, ensuring profitable, on‑time and on‑budget project delivery.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle from estimation and planning to execution and closure, maintaining accurate resource planning and utilization metrics.
• Build, coach and develop a high‑performing professional services team with strong technical and commercial capabilities.
• Manage a global operations team delivering 24x7x365 support, ensuring SLA compliance and proactive issue resolution.
• Implement ITIL‑based processes and drive automation/AI initiatives to scale service delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product/R&D to create proposals, respond to RFPs and act as the Voice of the Customer.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in professional services or operations within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong track record of managing global, multi‑disciplinary teams and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and engineering.
