Inbound Replenishment Planner

About the role

Epiroc is seeking an Inbound Replenishment Planner to join its Parts & Services Division at the Kolwezi Customer Center. In this role you will ensure that components and materials are replenished efficiently to meet customer demand while controlling inventory levels and costs.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process replenishment proposals to keep inventory available.
• Analyze ERP‑driven recommendations and take appropriate planning actions.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate supply‑chain exceptions and material shortages.
• Expedite purchase orders and monitor supplier confirmations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and suppliers to secure accurate delivery commitments.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimisation and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Experience in supply‑chain planning, purchasing, inventory management or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Customer‑focused team player with a sense of urgency.
• Problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
