Premium Agent Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a resourceful, organized, and proactive Premium Agent Manager to lead the rollout and management of Premium Agency outlets across the Democratic Republic of Congo. You will work closely with the agent team and report to the Agent Liquidity Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and select Premium Agency outlets.
• Gather requirements for new premises and secure internal approval.
• Negotiate with landlords for on‑site operations.
• Set up each Premium Outlet according to procedures and minimum standards.
• Identify and engage vendors to build facilities efficiently and on schedule.
• Inspect completed premises and hand them over to the Liquidity team.
• Appoint reputable security companies and add agencies to insurance policies.
• Maintain outlets to minimum standards and monitor quality of installations.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English; Lingala or Kikongo a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to meet ambitious targets.
• Self‑starter who can own projects and know when to escalate.
• Charismatic communicator comfortable explaining new ideas.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and process updates.

• Solid understanding of agency construction and build‑out.
• Established network of reliable service providers.
