Supply Chain Expeditor – Kolwezi, DRC

About the role

Join a leading global provider of mining and infrastructure equipment as a Supply Chain Expeditor based in Kolwezi, DRC. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of parts and materials by monitoring purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners, and driving on‑time deliveries to support customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track purchase orders and shipments from dispatch to final delivery.
• Maintain accurate tracking reports and keep order information up‑to‑date in ERP systems.
• Review supplier backlogs, follow up on outstanding orders and coordinate with freight providers to optimise lead times.
• Investigate delivery delays, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring proper documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or customer service environments.
• Strong organisational and record‑keeping abilities with high attention to detail.
• Good understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management principles.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably M3 or similar platforms.
