About the role
The International Sales Manager will drive sales of exhibition space, sponsorships and related media for RX Global’s events, focusing on Korean exhibitors. This role requires strong B2B sales expertise, cross‑cultural communication and deep knowledge of the Korean market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to recruit Korean exhibitors for global RX events.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Korean clients and international RX teams, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
- Provide consultative support on booth selection, marketing options and event logistics.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross‑border teams to align project goals, timelines and deliverables.
Required profile
- Fluent in Japanese or English at a business level.
- Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in exhibition or trade‑show environments.
- Proven track record in client relationship management and solution‑based selling.
- Ability to work independently within a global matrix organization.
- Familiarity with Korean export businesses and international trade shows is highly preferred.
