Product Quoter – Sales Execution

About the role

The Product Quoter joins the Quoting team within Sales Execution, preparing accurate price quotations for AGI’s agricultural equipment and technology solutions. This role supports sales teams by delivering timely, competitive, and precise quotes based on customer requirements, company pricing guidelines, and supplier costs.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse quote requirements, specifications, and drawings to generate equipment quotations.
• Calculate pricing based on materials, labour, overhead, and profit margins.
• Collaborate closely with sales to meet customer deadlines.
• Apply knowledge of AGI product lines to produce detailed Quote Documents.
• Maintain file organization, develop and maintain project task boards (JIRA) and SharePoint sites.
• Keep accurate records of quotes, RFQ information, pricing structures, and customer iterations.

Required profile

• Engineering technologist or bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
• 3+ years experience in product configuration, estimating or related fields; agriculture experience preferred.
• Strong communication, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional, matrix teams.
• Analytical thinker with sound decision‑making, initiative and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to use multiple software applications or ERP systems for quoting.
