Site Manager – Mining Services

About the role

The Site Manager at Epiroc leads all service activities at the Kamoa mining site in Kolwezi, DRC. You will ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mining equipment while driving financial performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with SHEQ, legal and environmental standards.
• Manage daily service operations, workforce planning, maintenance execution and issue resolution.
• Oversee contract performance, KPI delivery and act as the primary client contact.
• Drive P&L results through labour recovery, invoicing, cost control and business growth initiatives.
• Develop the local team, support localisation, succession planning and continuous improvement.
• Maintain parts and inventory availability, ensure SAP data integrity and communicate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining or Maintenance Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience in mining equipment maintenance, with at least 5 years in supervisory or management roles.
• Proven experience managing site‑based maintenance contracts and leading service teams.
• Strong knowledge of Epiroc drilling and loading equipment is preferred.
