TSG Specialist I

About the role

The TSG Specialist I provides deployment and support services for UPS‑approved technology products. Working across UPS facilities, vendor sites, and customer locations, the specialist ensures hardware, software, and network infrastructure operate smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute hardware and software installations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Manage network infrastructure, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical advice, training, and support to internal and external customers.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with UPS IT standards.
• Support landline, mobile, data, HDVC, MOVI conference‑call, and PBX systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and facilitate disaster‑recovery procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical education.
• Relevant certifications such as A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, and CCENT Cisco Network Certification.
• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.

Required skills

• A+ certification.
