Intelligent Automation & Agentic Automation Specialist

About the role

The Intelligent Automation & Agentic Automation Specialist drives end‑to‑end automation initiatives within Customer Operations. You will lead the full lifecycle of AI‑powered process optimisation, from discovery and design through delivery, monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process mining, discovery and documentation to identify automation opportunities.
• Manage the backlog, design solutions and coordinate delivery with technology teams.
• Perform functional and user acceptance testing, oversee go‑live, and monitor live processes.
• Track benefits, robot utilisation and KPI trends, producing performance dashboards.
• Maintain the Intelligent Automation roadmap and align priorities with operational strategy.
• Promote adoption of RPA tools, AI agents (n8n, Zapier, Make.com) and digital workflows across departments.
• Support change‑management, training and continuous process optimisation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of business analysis or process optimisation experience.
• 2+ years working on RPA, automation or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience with process mining tools (e.g., UiPath, Celonis) is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods (Scrum/Kanban).
