About the role

TotalEnergies is offering an 18‑month, work‑based internship programme for recent TVET/FET graduates. The programme provides hands‑on experience across several functional areas, including Human Resources, Finance, Health, Safety & Environment, Operations, Engineering, and Transport/Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured workplace learning and mentorship activities.
• Gain practical exposure aligned with your academic qualification.
• Contribute to daily tasks and projects within the assigned discipline.
• Collaborate with team members to support operational objectives.

Required profile

• Completed a relevant FET/TVET college qualification in one of the listed fields.
• Need for an 18‑month practical workplace experience (P1/P2 or Work Integrated Learning).
• Currently unemployed South African citizen, aged 18‑35.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Required skills

• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy, specifically MS Office.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and self‑motivation.
