Energy Network Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Energy Network Manager to oversee the operational reliability, maintenance and performance of Spiro's charging and battery‑swapping network in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role ensures the network meets service‑level targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network availability, asset performance and service‑level indicators.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Coordinate field interventions and manage service contractors.
• Control spare‑parts inventory, incident response and technical escalations.
• Analyse recurring failures and drive reliability improvements.
• Maintain accurate operational records, safety controls and performance reports.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in energy, electrical, telecom, utility or distributed‑infrastructure operations.
• Strong capability in maintenance planning and contractor management.
• Technical diploma or engineering degree preferred.
