Logistics & Inventory Specialist

About the role

International Advisory, Products and Systems Ltd. (i-APS) is seeking a Logistics & Inventory Specialist to support a World Food Programme (WFP) tender for third‑party physical food inventory counts and visual inspections across its supply‑chain network. The consultant will review procurement plans, analyse project documents, and report on tender status and implementation timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct review and analysis of WFP procurement plans and related project documents.
• Prepare and deliver reports on tender processes, implementation progress, and key due dates.
• Oversee logistics for i‑APS monitoring activities, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
• Coordinate with UN agencies, INGOs, and local partners to verify inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• University degree in Transport Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain or inventory management.
• Demonstrated experience working with UN agencies and/or INGOs.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and the local country language.
