Mechanical Foreman – TM3 Engineering

About the role

The Mechanical Foreman (TM3 Engineering) will lead a team of specialists responsible for maintaining TMM machines at the Kamoa Copper Mine. You will ensure equipment availability, drive compliance with quality and safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise preventive and reactive maintenance activities for TMM machines.
• Monitor TM3 business processes, ensuring adherence to quality, policy, and governance requirements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across functional teams to enhance collaboration and delivery.
• Control maintenance costs within approved budgets and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Integrate HSEQ considerations into all work processes and contribute to reporting and governance.

Required profile

• Mechanical trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic.
• Supervisor’s Certificate.
• Minimum 8 years of diesel‑mechanic experience in a mining environment.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role within mining.
• Proficiency in business English; French or Swahili is a strong advantage.
