About the role
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to support our manufacturing team with order entry, financial record keeping and general office duties. The role will involve collaborating with purchasing, customer service and inventory control to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Enter and process customer orders accurately.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records and generate related reports.
- Provide administrative support for purchasing activities and inventory control.
- Update and file Quality Management System (QMS) records and reports.
- Answer telephone calls and perform other routine office tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
- Some college‑level education preferred.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
