People Partner

About the role

Wave is looking for a Strategic People Partner to shape the employee experience, drive talent initiatives, and act as a trusted advisor to the organization. You will work closely with business leaders to design effective teams, support learning and development, and manage talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leads to assess and evolve team structures for collaboration and effectiveness.
• Facilitate organization health reviews using people analytics to identify strengths, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Support managers on change management, team design, and culture alignment as the organization scales.
• Collaborate with L&D to identify development needs, support individual development planning, and track learning participation.
• Lead performance review cycles, calibrations, and feedback conversations to drive meaningful development.
• Build visibility into succession planning and emerging talent across the company.
• Manage internship and rotation programs, from role definition to onboarding and integration.

Required profile

• Curiosity and strategic thinking combined with hands‑on HR delivery experience.
• Proven ability to partner with leaders on organizational design, change management, and culture alignment.
• Experience in talent management, performance coaching, and employee experience initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset to use people data for decision‑making.
