Technical Program Officer – Remote (French/English)

About the role

MiracleFeet is seeking a Technical Program Officer to support and coordinate initiatives that improve clinical quality and promote best practices across its clubfoot programs in ten countries. This full‑time remote position requires fluency in French and English and will work closely with the Technical Director and program teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Director in implementing strategic workforce‑development initiatives, including pre‑service and in‑service training, mentoring, and capacity building.
• Facilitate the sharing and adoption of clinical best practices to enhance service delivery across all MiracleFeet programs.
• Prioritize, plan, and oversee medical or clinical research projects, case studies, and applied learning activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with program staff, providers, and partners to ensure alignment with technical standards.
• Coordinate project‑management tasks, reporting, and documentation related to clinical excellence.

Required profile

• Bilingual French and English proficiency.
• Based in West or Central Africa and able to work remotely full‑time (40 hours/week).
• Experience in health‑sector program coordination, clinical training, or research management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
