Administration and Finance Analyst for Sustainable Energy Program

About the role

The Administration and Finance Analyst will support the Energy Investment Program Manager in day‑to‑day operations, ensuring efficient execution of the Sustainable Energy 2 Program against donor‑committed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual work plans, budgets, budget revisions and procurement plans, ensuring proper system entry.
• Monitor project expenditures, support quarterly Fund Authorization and Certification of Expenditures (FACE) reviews, and maintain detailed financial records.
• Support procurement processes, prepare requests for quotations, manage contracts and maintain vendor performance records.
• Oversee office logistics, asset management, travel arrangements and facilitate communication between project teams and partners.

• Demonstrated ability to plan, monitor work and deliver quality results on time.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
