Aftermarket Manager

About the role

BIA Group sells, rents and provides after-sales services for equipment used in public works, mines, quarries and transport, operating in Europe, Africa and Asia. The Aftermarket Manager drives operational excellence across BIA's service operations by defining and implementing standards for infrastructure, processes, tooling and performance management, working closely with all BIA entities to ensure efficient, profitable and customer-focused service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Describe and enhance workshop guidelines and coordinate their implementation
• Define and coordinate workshop infrastructure, contamination control and LEAN approaches, and support new facility infrastructure
• Define, standardize and implement service operational KPIs, including a standard toolbox dashboard
• Lead tooling management, standardization, calibration and inventory tracking, and share good practices
• Support the Training Centre in defining technical training programs and define processes, tooling and team skills
• Coordinate standard job activities for CRC operations, partner conformity standards and the Dealer Operating Standard for Aftermarket

Required profile

• University degree in engineering or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in aftermarket management, including 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in heavy equipment or construction; Komatsu experience a plus
• Fluent in French and English
• In-depth knowledge of parts, services and customer needs in the heavy equipment aftermarket
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain operations and sales strategies

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• SAP proficiency is a plus
