Area HR Generalist – HR Operations

About the role

The Area HR Generalist supports core HR functions across a designated region, providing senior‑level expertise with minimal supervision. This position partners closely with area leaders, HR operations, and corporate centers of excellence to ensure compliance, employee relations, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR policies, interpret guiding principles, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead workforce‑relations dispute resolution and conduct exit interviews, reporting, and reduction‑in‑force processes.
• Support expatriate employee administration and local business‑technology roll‑outs.
• Perform operational risk analysis, ad‑hoc reporting, and legal review of employment separations.
• Drive belonging and diversity initiatives within the area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of professional HR experience (or equivalent education and experience).
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations and best practices.
• Strong relationship‑building, consulting, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, facilitate change, and resolve employee‑relations issues.
