Associate, Digital Health & NTDs

About the role

The Associate, Digital Health & NTDs will support CHAI’s efforts to eliminate neglected tropical diseases (NTDs) through innovative digital solutions. Working with national NTD programs, the role focuses on planning, monitoring and evaluating mass drug administration (MDA) campaigns to achieve high coverage and accelerate disease elimination by 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing digital tools for MDA planning, data collection and real‑time monitoring.
• Analyze program data to identify gaps in coverage and recommend targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with government partners, NGOs and CHAI teams to ensure alignment of digital health strategies with national NTD goals.
• Support the development of dashboards, reports and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Contribute to capacity‑building activities, including training of local health workers on digital platforms.

Required profile

• University degree in public health, global health, digital health, epidemiology or a related field.
• Interest in NTDs and experience working in low‑resource settings is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across cultures.
