Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on expanding market reach, securing new partnerships, and fostering client relationships to achieve company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking and social media leads.
• Conduct product demos for prospective clients and close deals to meet revenue targets.
• Analyse market conditions and potential sales to inform strategy.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing B2B and enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of services.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven experience in software sales and lead generation.
• Experience with A2P messaging services and CPaaS platforms.
• Ability to manage accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
