Consultant Roster – Outbreak Preparedness & Health Response

About the role

CORE Group, on behalf of the CORE Group Partners Project (CGPP), is creating a roster of highly qualified consultants who can be rapidly deployed to support outbreak preparedness, readiness, and response in high‑risk and affected countries. The roster covers work on Ebola Virus Disease, polio eradication, maternal and child health, and other priority public‑health threats.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for outbreak preparedness, readiness and response activities.
• Support emergency response operations for Ebola, polio and maternal‑child health programs.
• Coordinate with ministries of health, UN agencies, NGOs and other stakeholders.
• Manage and analyze health data to inform decision‑making.
• Develop and deliver risk communication and community‑engagement strategies.

Required profile

• Health professional with experience in field epidemiology and emergency response.
• Demonstrated ability to work in high‑risk environments and with diverse partners.
• Experience in maternal and child health, polio eradication or similar public‑health programs.
• Strong data‑management and coordination skills.
