Corporate Audit Manager

About the role

The Corporate Audit Manager will lead internal audit activities for the subsidiary and network, ensuring audit plans are executed, recommendations followed up, and audit standards upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee execution of internal audit plans, manage audit schedules, and resolve planning conflicts.
• Lead audit assignments at subsidiary and network levels, ensuring quality and compliance with IIA standards.
• Communicate audit results and recommendations to management and the Audit Committee through reports and presentations.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
• Manage audit staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CPA or equivalent professional qualification highly desired.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in internal auditing and 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in micro‑finance, banking, or related auditing environments.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of internal auditing principles, IIA Global Internal Audit Standards, and risk‑based audit planning.
• Familiarity with control and risk self‑assessment techniques and fraud indicators.
• Strong data collection, analysis, and reporting abilities.
