Corporate Specialist – Telecom & ICT Sales

About the role

The Corporate Specialist will drive revenue growth for the VBU segment by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding sales of telecom and ICT solutions. You will support existing accounts, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new corporate clients in both private and public sectors.
• Promote and sell a portfolio of telecom and ICT solutions, including Mobile, Radwin, PABX, VoIP, Fiber, Satellite, M2M, and Reverse Billing.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to design solutions and prepare proposals.
• Maintain regular client visits, manage relationships, and support retention strategies.
• Coordinate internally with Billing, Operations, Customer Service, and Technical teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce and produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in VBU performance meetings and ensure pipeline hygiene.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in telecom or ICT.
• Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong results‑driven and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of telecom and ICT solutions (Mobile, Radwin, PABX, VoIP, Fiber, Satellite, M2M, Reverse Billing).
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting.
