Customer Acquisition Lead – Visa Pay

About the role
The Customer Acquisition Lead will drive growth of new Visa Pay customers across direct and bank‑led channels. You will design scalable acquisition strategies, manage frontline teams and agencies, and work closely with marketing and activation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post‑acquisition engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute acquisition plans by channel, geography, segment, and partner.
- Manage direct acquisition teams and/or external agencies to meet volume, quality, and CAC targets.
- Design and implement bank‑led acquisition playbooks with issuers, branches, and relationship managers.
- Ensure high onboarding quality, including enrollment completion, KYC compliance, and qualified handoff.
- Track and optimise metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, channel productivity, and funnel leakage.
- Reallocate resources and adjust strategies based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation and with activation teams on post‑onboarding conversion.
- Capture and share market insights to improve value proposition, messaging, and channel design.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 2+ years.
- Experience in customer acquisition, field sales, channel management, or growth roles.
- Proven track record of managing frontline teams or external partners against defined targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making capability.
- Ability to develop structured playbooks and train field teams effectively.
- Stakeholder management experience, especially with banks and cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Preferred: experience in fintech, digital payments, or mobile payments.
