Customer Support Centre Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Centre Representative to join Sandvik Mining and Construction DRC’s support team in Kolwezi. The role focuses on providing over‑the‑counter parts sales assistance and technical support to our mining customers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally.
• Receive, process and expedite parts orders and enquiries.
• Liaise with inventory planners to secure stock replenishment.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with management.
• Educate customers on available products and services.
• Identify potential customer needs and opportunities to grow sales.

Required profile

• Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or call‑centre environment.
• Knowledge of the mining industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Aurora/Finance software.
• Experience using Call Centre or Reception software.
