Reservation Executive – Travel Operations

About the role

Dream Holidays is seeking a Reservation Executive to support its Africa operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers looking to book travel experiences, ensuring smooth and accurate reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel bookings.
• Process and confirm travel reservations using internal systems.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
• Provide timely updates and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and good coordination skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
