Data and Analytics Manager (Health/ISMT) – Temporary (6 months)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a Data and Analytics Manager to lead the Data, Digital Health Information Systems, and Modeling pillar of the Ebola response in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The role will provide technical and operational leadership to ensure reliable, real‑time data supports effective decision‑making for vulnerable children and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational leadership for data management, digital health information systems, and epidemiological modeling.
• Strengthen national systems for Ebola data governance, integration, and harmonisation.
• Ensure high‑quality, real‑time Ebola data are available for operational dashboards and decision‑making.
• Develop and support advanced analyses and regular epidemiological reports.
• Collaborate with the Country Office, UNICEF Programme Support (COUSP), and the Ministry of Health to inform strategic actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in health data management and digital surveillance systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead data‑driven decision‑making in emergency or humanitarian contexts.
• Strong coordination skills with national authorities, NGOs, and UN partners.
