Deck Foreman / Rigger Lead / Crane Operator for FLNG FPSO

About the role

This position combines the duties of a Deck Foreman, Rigger Lead, Deck Crew member and Crane Operator on an offshore Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) vessel supporting a FLNG project. The role is based on the vessel and follows a 12‑hour daily work schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee deck operations and coordinate crew activities on the FPSO.
• Lead rigging tasks and ensure safe handling of loads.
• Operate the vessel crane in accordance with operational procedures.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards during all deck work.

Required profile

• Valid Seaman Book or STCW certification.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• BOSIET and OPITO certifications.
• Minimum five years of experience on FLNG projects.
