Digital Media Specialist

About the role

The Digital Media Specialist will plan, execute, and optimise digital media campaigns across multiple channels to boost brand awareness, engagement and business results. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns meet marketing objectives and deliver measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage digital campaigns on social, display, search and programmatic platforms.
• Monitor performance against KPIs, conduct A/B testing and optimise targeting, creative and spend.
• Support the creation of media plans aligned with business goals and coordinate media buying.
• Upload and manage digital assets, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Liaise with marketing, product and brand teams as well as external agencies to meet timelines and reporting requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards and insights on trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of experience in digital marketing or media execution.
• Proven experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and programmatic solutions.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, dashboards and reporting software.
