About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the kitchen of a high‑volume dining establishment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality, innovative menus, and efficient kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and plan menus in collaboration with the management team.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and support personnel.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet high standards.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and oversee budgeting for the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Implement health, safety, and food‑hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for ingredient sourcing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a comparable senior kitchen role.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
• Understanding of food costs, budgeting, and cost control.
• Formal culinary education or certification.
