Field Operations Stock Point Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Field Operations Stock Point Officer to manage our warehouse activities in Kinshasa. The role focuses on efficient inventory handling, last‑mile distribution and after‑sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead inventory management and planning at the county level, controlling stock and establishing stock points.
• Oversee inbound logistics, receive stock, coordinate county‑wide distribution and ensure timely last‑mile delivery.
• Maintain carbon registration compliance for all warehouse data requirements.
• Manage after‑sales processes, including collection of damaged stoves and delivery of repaired or replacement units.
• Handle asset management, including license renewal, rental agreements and overall warehouse asset tracking.
• Prepare and send daily operational reports to the Field Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in supply chain management or a related field.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
