Finance Operations Team Lead

About the role

The Finance Operations Team Lead will drive consolidated financial reporting and treasury activities for World Vision in Kinshasa, ensuring compliance with internal standards, IFRS, and donor regulations while supporting the organization’s mission to serve vulnerable children.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare consolidated monthly and statutory annual financial reports, balance‑sheet reconciliations and key financial scorecards.
• Set up and maintain accounting codes, system access rights, and software licenses.
• Coordinate with banks, manage bank signatories, approval authority guidelines and liquidity targets.
• Oversee cash‑flow forecasting, budgeting support and cash‑target limit adherence.
• Collaborate with Shared Services to resolve unreconciled items, update exchange rates in Sun System and approve financial requests on the Provision platform.
• Lead the design and implementation of integrated financial systems and controls across field, national and global finance functions.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and ensure timely partner‑funding forecasts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting, treasury management and coordination with shared services.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, donor regulations and internal financial frameworks (WVI FFM).
• Ability to work with advanced financial technologies, predictive analytics and data visualization tools.
