Fleet Coordinator

About the role

The Fleet Coordinator supports the Regional Operations Manager and Area Fleet Manager in executing the Global Annual Plan for church fleet vehicles worldwide. The role focuses on analyzing operations, standardising processes, and improving performance while ensuring cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive data and process analysis, conduct special projects, and compile information for management review.
• Oversee fleet processes including planning, purchasing, driver certification, maintenance, and vehicle sales.
• Implement action items from management, gather and coordinate complex information from multiple sources, and resolve issues with missions, drivers, and vendors.
• Identify performance gaps, conduct root‑cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Handle administrative tasks such as responding to maintenance queries, coordinating vehicle sales, delivering global training, and completing special assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Finance, Business, or Automotive Technology) or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Strong data analysis and research abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
