About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual specialist to deliver non‑voice customer support entirely remotely. You will handle chat and email inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
