French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will provide friendly, professional assistance to customers via phone and live chat, helping them with orders, product information and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step-by-step to solutions.
• Log all interactions precisely in our CRM system.
• Identify trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay updated on priorities and represent the brand with professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Ability to work from a quiet, dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Gorgias, Zendesk or Shopify (optional but preferred).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems (optional).
