French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote, fast‑paced team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, handling inbound calls, live chat, and email inquiries while delivering prompt, friendly, and effective assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective resolutions with a customer‑first mindset.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
• General CRM systems knowledge.
