French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
