Growth Manager (Illuminator) – Part‑Time Marketing Contractor

About the role

Eleana Inc. is looking for a Growth Manager (Illuminator) to join as a part‑time independent contractor. You will work remotely, representing Eleana in client discovery calls, shaping marketing strategies, and helping execute SEO and digital campaigns for small‑business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled Zoom or Google Meet discovery and strategy consultations.
• Identify client pain points, growth opportunities, and recommend services across SEO, social media, branding, website improvements, and digital advertising.
• Prepare concise Strategic Recommendation Reports outlining goals, challenges, gaps, and prioritized actions.
• Assist with SEO implementation, keyword research, on‑page improvements, and social media content planning.
• Collaborate with internal leadership to finalize recommendations and execute approved marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices.
• Experience planning and coordinating social‑media content.
• Excellent written English, professional communication, and ability to lead client discovery conversations.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently with small‑business clients.
