Head of Financial Reporting – DRC (Senior Manager)

About the role

The Head of Financial Reporting for the DRC will lead the group‑level finance function in Lubumbashi, overseeing the quality and compliance of financial reporting for all DRC entities. The role is office‑based with regular travel to operating sites and occasional international trips.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the DRC financial reporting team and ensure timely monthly OHADA trial balances and general ledger reviews.
• Oversee the preparation and review of annual financial statements, management reports and board/shareholder reporting.
• Lead the external audit process and support regulatory reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with finance teams across the business to improve reporting processes and technical capability.

Required profile

• DRC national accounting qualification with strong practical OHADA reporting experience.
• Fluent French and proficient English.
• Proven experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Ability to engage confidently with senior and executive stakeholders.
