Internal Auditor

About the role

The Internal Auditor will execute the internal audit framework to protect the integrity of the company's activities and reputation, working within the Inspection Générale that provides objective risk and control assurance for the BNP Paribas Group globally.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and assess the quality of the risk control framework.
• Ensure all processes comply with regulations and internal procedures.
• Formulate findings and recommendations to remediate identified gaps.
• Assess actions of audited management teams and produce synthetic feedback, assignment ratings and reports.
• Stay abreast of key regulatory developments.

Required profile

• Strong organisational skills and adaptability.
• Capacity to analyse and synthesise information.
• Ability to work in a team in a demanding environment and lead interviews.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Certified Internal Auditor or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of credit and counterparty risk.
• Knowledge of operational risk.
• Knowledge of compliance‑related risks.
