Human Resources Manager

About the role

BCS is looking for an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead the people agenda in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The role partners closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives while building a high‑performance, engaged, and compliant workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, strengthen employer branding, and partner with managers on workforce planning.
• Design, deliver, and manage performance management, succession planning, and learning & development programs.
• Create competitive compensation and benefits structures, benchmark market trends, and support reward initiatives.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑engagement work environment, manage employee relations, and drive wellbeing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, oversee HR systems, data accuracy, and maintain policies and procedures.
• Support change management, business transformation, and provide data‑driven HR analytics to inform decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s or professional HR certification is a plus).
• 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in fast‑paced, multinational or complex environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, advisory capability, and ability to drive organizational effectiveness.
