Import & Export Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development professional to drive our import and export activities. You will manage key accounts, generate new business, and ensure high customer satisfaction across our international portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and acquiring new customers.
• Upsell and cross‑sell to existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
• Coordinate pre‑sales and post‑sales follow‑up.
• Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback.
• Generate new business by meeting potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing solutions.
• Close new opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales or account executive roles, preferably in services.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal‑driven and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong team player able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Effective networker and relationship builder.
