Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our team in Kinshasa and seeking a Marketing Specialist who can elevate our brand both online and offline. You will work closely with the global Marketing Team and local operations to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, content creation, local partnerships and influencer collaborations.
• Support offline marketing initiatives such as brand activations, local events and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance data and propose creative improvements based on insights.
• Collaborate closely with the global Marketing Team and local operations to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in both digital and offline marketing.
• Strong command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Proactive, creative mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Good knowledge of the local market in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
