Marketing Specialist (Part‑Time Contractor)

About the role

Eleana Inc. is looking for a part‑time, independent Marketing Specialist to support small‑business clients with discovery, strategy, SEO, and digital marketing execution. The role is remote, flexible, and offers growth as the client base expands.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled Zoom or Google Meet discovery and strategy calls with prospective or existing clients.
• Identify client pain points and growth opportunities across SEO, social media, branding, website improvements, print marketing, digital advertising, and customer engagement.
• Prepare concise Strategic Recommendation Reports outlining goals, challenges, gaps, recommended services, and priorities.
• Assist with SEO optimization, including keyword research and basic on‑page improvements.
• Support social media planning, content coordination, and marketing campaign recommendations.
• Develop marketing roadmaps and coordinate with leadership before delivering final recommendations.
• Execute assigned marketing tasks and campaigns.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices.
• Experience with social media marketing and content planning.
• Ability to lead client discovery conversations and identify business growth opportunities.
• Excellent written English, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
