MTC Manager – Missionary Training Center

About the role

The MTC Manager leads all non‑ecclesiastical functions of the Missionary Training Center, ensuring that training programs, facilities, finance and human resources operate smoothly and support the Church’s missionary goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise training personnel, including teachers and teacher supervisors.
• Oversee the preparation and successful outcomes of missionaries through effective training.
• Ensure all MTC operations and support services function efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the MTC President and other leaders to determine optimal management strategies.
• Maintain regular contact with the appointed Missionary Department representative for policy guidance and direction.

Required profile

• Worthy of a temple recommend.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Education, Pedagogy or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 10 years of experience in a comparable managerial role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
