Part‑time Marketing Specialist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

Eleana Inc. is looking for a part‑time Marketing Specialist to join the team as an independent contractor. You will work remotely, consulting with small‑business clients to uncover their needs and design strategic marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled discovery and strategy consultation calls via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Identify client pain points, growth opportunities, and recommend services such as SEO, social media, branding, and digital advertising.
• Prepare concise Strategic Recommendation Reports outlining goals, challenges, gaps, and prioritized actions.
• Assist with SEO optimization, keyword research, on‑page improvements, and social media content planning.
• Support the development of marketing roadmaps, campaign recommendations, and execution of approved initiatives.
• Collaborate internally on service recommendations and coordinate with leadership before final client delivery.

Required profile

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices.
• Experience with social media marketing and content planning.
• Excellent written English, strong communication, and ability to lead client discovery conversations.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
