Quality Associate – Distribution Center

About the role

The Quality Associate ensures the distribution center operates under a robust Quality System, complying with drug, medical device, and local regulations. You will support continuous improvement, regulatory audits, and client interactions while maintaining high standards of GMP and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Train all staff on GMP and job‑specific functions.
• Write, revise, and approve Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, record findings, and report summaries.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and liaise with clients during external audits.
• Interact with TFDA officials during regulatory inspections.
• Provide QA support for customer queries and monitor departmental compliance.
• Investigate discrepancies, recommend solutions, and approve NCR reports and change control requests.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System, including RP designation duties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a science‑related field or internationally comparable qualification.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or food industries (preferred).
• Background in Quality Assurance (preferred).
• Strong understanding of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality documentation.
