Regional M-Pesa Sales & Distribution Supervisor

About the role

The Regional M-Pesa Sales & Distribution Supervisor will lead customer acquisition and build a strong distribution infrastructure for M-Pesa services in the Kalemie area. This position combines sales leadership, partner management, and operational oversight to ensure liquidity, brand visibility, and compliance with AML/Fraud standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition and expand market share in the assigned region.
• Build and maintain a distribution network of business partners, agents, super‑agents and TDRs.
• Create trade routes, allocate channels, and ensure product brand visibility.
• Establish call routines, set performance targets and monitor business developers.
• Plan and execute mystery shopping, brand audits and agent audits.
• Maintain liquidity standards across all outlets and resolve agent or aggregator disputes.
• Manage relationships with commercial developers, channel partners and banks.
• Monitor daily liquidity levels and ensure timely implementation of promotions.
• Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in sales or commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics or a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage conflict.
• Demonstrated sales techniques and a business‑development mindset.
• Knowledge of Vodacash processes is an advantage.
