Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will assist customers from French‑speaking regions through voice calls and live chat, turning issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our support system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

• General CRM system proficiency.
